This is another article that is warning people about the link between high blood pressure and dementia. Studies have been conducted that shows the links like scarring on the brain between having high blood pressure early in life and then developing dementia later in life. I read one article that was doing research to determine if increasing blood pressure medication young would decrease the risk of developing mind and memory problems at an older age. As our book states that 2 thirds of the world population is overweight, this should have an impact on how people should start a healthy lifestyle early to prevent future health issues later in life.

Wow, that was interesting. I guess it's just one more reason we really should start thinking of living healthier life styles.
